Tennis Sign Up Procedures |

Our sign up procedure is intended to permit use of the courts by as many
people as possible. 1. Reservations for all courts are limited to one hour for singles, one and one-half hours for doubles, or two hours for tournament match. 2. Two names are required to reserve for singles and four names for doubles. This is to insure proper use of the courts for our members and to allow the management to plan the daily schedule. Additionally, when playing with guests please identify them when reserving court time and register them before playing. 3. Adult members may reserve court time for use only once per day,, but may play an additional time per day on someone else's reserved court. 4. Court reservations are forfeited 10 minutes after the beginning of the reserved time and the court is available for general use. 5. Please cancel any reservation you cannot keep. Repeat "no shows" will not be allowed to reserve in advance. 6. PRE- and POST SEASON: Court reservations must be made in person. Schedule for that day "plus three" will be posted on the board by the tennis gate. 7. REGULAR SEASON: When the Club Office is open, sign-ups will be allowed beginning at 8:00 AM in person or by telephone for that day or the following day. Office personnel will alternate between telephone call and walk-up reservations. 8. Juniors are allowed to play with an adult during adult open time. Also, they may play with another junior, but may be "bumped" by two adults. 9. No reservations are taken for junior open time. The time is used for team practices, challenge matches and fun matches. 10. Adults may play on open courts during junior open time but may be "bumped" by juniors. They are expected to be courteous to our younger players when asked to vacate a court. SPRING April 15 - June 20 SUMMER June 22 through Labor Day Play will begin daily at 9:00 AM FALL September 7 - October 15
