While on club grounds, membership badges must be worn by all adult members, as well as their children. In order to maintain a safe and orderly club, the management reserves the right to verify badges for members, guests and/or babysitters at any time. * Badges are not transferable. The Club is not responsible for injury to members or guest in accordance with the agreement signed by each member at the time of application to membership. The Club is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property. Personal property left on club grounds at closing time will be placed in the Lost and Found box for 3 days. Do not exceed 10 m.p.h. when driving in the parking lot. A new policy change to Copper allows you to eat and drink on the beach as long as there is no glass, aluminum cans or wrappers involved with the consumption of your food and beverage. Glass bottles
and containers are not permitted on the patios nor on the porch. Paper or plastic cups must be used for
beverages. No animals permitted on property. Smoking is not permitted in the locker rooms or on the grounds. Parking lot only. Changing of diapers will be restricted to locker areas only, not on our beach. Parents must be responsible for their children's whereabouts and behavior at all times. Parents must make children aware of the rules pertaining to the fitness equipment and the emblem system when swimming in the pond. Individuals not acceptable for club membership shall not be admitted to club premises as guests. Please help keep your Club clean! Patio and picnic tables may not be reserved. Place coolers and gear under table or along side until ready for use. Club Closing -call (908) 647-0673. NOTE: When the Club is open, always check bulletin boards for latest information. The Club Owner has final authority over the Swim & Tennis Facility. Any violation of Club Policies or Regulations will result in termination of membership.
